This role exists to oversee plumbing operations on multifamily construction projects. The Superintendent is responsible for supervising field personnel, coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules and materials, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily plumbing operations on multifamily construction projects.
• Supervise and coordinate plumbing subcontractors and field personnel.
• Verify underground rough-in installations and ensure measurements are accurate.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain project schedules and support on-time project completion.
• Forecast labor and material needs to maintain production goals.
• Anticipate material requirements 2–3 weeks in advance.
• Identify and resolve field issues that may impact productivity or timelines.
• Track and manage material deliveries and inventory.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and plumbing codes.
• Participate in daily and weekly coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timekeeping records.
• Utilize Procore, Raken, and related software for project tracking and reporting.
