What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations using established protocols
• produce high-quality images
• adapt scanning techniques to patient anatomy and clinical indications
• administer intravenous contrast within protocols and scope of practice
• apply ALARA radiation-safety principles
• review orders and patient histories
• assess contrast risks
• communicate pertinent clinical information to radiologists
• document examinations
• follow infection-prevention, equipment-safety, and quality-assurance protocols
• provide coverage across locations and collaborate to maintain patient flow.
