Maintenance Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools, equipment, cleaning supplies, and a safe environment
• coordinate routine preventive maintenance
• assist with inspections and code compliance
• perform minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and lock repairs
• repair equipment as directed
• pressure wash and oversee weekly trash removal
• maintain supply and asset inventories
• escort scheduled service suppliers when required.
