What you'll do

• Maintain medication and supply availability
• administer routine medications and document administration
• observe and report adverse reactions and changes in resident condition
• perform wound assessments and wound care
• document assessments
• participate in care planning
• monitor preventive measures
• and educate residents or representatives on nutrition, prevention, and wound healing.

Why this role

A nursing degree or approved LPN/RN program and applicable state licensure or certification are required. Continuing education in wound care and pressure-injury staging is required; wound-care certification is preferred but not required. Two years of LPN/RN experience preferred.
