The nurse provides patient-centered care to cardiac, neurological, and medical telemetry patients, monitoring clinical status and coordinating treatment and education to support recovery and positive outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
• monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
• educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and discharge planning
• monitor telemetry
• collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team
• maintain clinical documentation
• promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
