What you'll do

• Lead and develop youth development associates
• ensure children’s safety and well-being
• manage site operations and compliance with YMCA and licensing standards
• prepare activity plans and snack menus
• maintain financial records and monitor fee payments and receivables
• communicate with families about balances
• distribute a monthly newsletter and calendar
• organize fundraising goals and recruit at least one parent volunteer.
