What you'll do

  • Provide strategic legal counsel on environmental, health, and safety laws and regulatory frameworks
  • manage environmental litigation, enforcement actions, and administrative proceedings
  • serve as primary legal advisor on compliance, permitting, and enforcement
  • supervise, train, and mentor EHS attorneys and support staff
  • handle leadership reporting and budgeting
  • advise on environmental due diligence, permitting risk, and liability in transactions and project development
  • monitor regulatory changes
  • assist with SEC disclosures and similar corporate reporting.
