Field Reimbursement Manager — Northeast Region

The Field Reimbursement Manager role is remote for candidates in NY, RI, CT, MA, VT, NH, or ME. Compensation is $160,000–$190,000 per year. Inspire Medical Systems develops an FDA-approved medical device for obstructive sleep apnea and focuses on improving patient outcomes through sleep innovation. The manager helps providers and patients navigate reimbursement and access barriers for Inspire therapy. The role builds provider relationships, provides coding and coverage education, addresses account and patient access issues, and coordinates with internal reimbursement, prior authorization, and field sales partners.

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers
• explain reimbursement education and resources to customers
• address account and patient access issues with internal and external partners
• respond to requests for site visits, program reviews, and reimbursement support
• maintain customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships
• execute access and reimbursement priorities
• develop presentations for visits and training
• monitor market dynamics and payer trends
• support compliance with company procedures and applicable laws.
