What you'll do

• Coach team members on quality systems and inspection documentation
• check parts throughout the shift
• ensure inspection methods and results are recorded
• alert the department manager to process or equipment concerns
• use inspection tools and interpret blueprints
• support workflow and schedule assignments
• troubleshoot production flow
• create shift run plans as needed
• maintain an orderly and safe work area.
