The Direct Support Professional (Days) role is onsite in Meridian, MS. Compensation is $1,092.50–$1,299.50 biweekly for the stated 42–54-hour shifts; hours below 42 are paid at $11.50 per hour. The role provides daily support with job activities, self-care, recreation, and community inclusion. Depending on client needs, the professional may transport clients, provide job advocacy, or assist with feeding and hygiene.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
• assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities, and community inclusion
• transport clients to appointments as needed
• serve as a job advocate or assist with feeding and hygiene depending on client needs
• follow the Sunday–Wednesday schedule.
