Crane Operator

Job overview

The Crane Operator position is onsite in Webster, New York. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. The role supports Studco Building Systems’ production operations by handling and staging coils for manufacturing. The operator unloads deliveries, stages coils for production, and loads and unloads machines using overhead cranes. The role also maintains an organized and safe coil bay and documents coil usage to support production workflow.

What you'll do

• Unload incoming coil-truck deliveries using an overhead crane
• pick and stage coils for production runs
• load and unload machines with coil
• keep the coil bay neat, organized, and safe
• operate cranes according to the applicable SOP
• check coil stacks for safety
• document coil usage
• wear required personal protective equipment
• work cooperatively with the team.
