What you'll do

• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees according to menus, planned events, and standard recipes
• plate food according to portion and garnishing guidelines
• ensure sufficient food is prepared
• report shortages to a supervisor
• check freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• stock and clean the station
• follow food rotation policies
• maintain sanitation and safety practices
• clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas
• support positive interactions with residents, families, and guests.
