What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and approve escrow settlement transactions
• oversee payment workflows and supervise payment analysts
• manage banking relationships and resolve processing issues
• maintain compliance with DFPI regulations and escrow laws
• improve processes and customer experience
• handle escalated inquiries
• oversee inbound payment reconciliation, fraud controls, exceptions, fund release, disbursements, and outbound reconciliation
• monitor operational metrics and report to senior leadership.
