Lead HVAC Technician

Job overview

The Lead HVAC Technician role is onsite in Columbus, GA, with pay of $25–$30 per hour. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning provides heating and cooling services to homeowners and light commercial customers. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and equipment, while addressing customer questions and service concerns. The lead role also uses experience to train, coach, and mentor junior technicians and support high-quality service.

What you'll do

• Operate, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems and accessories
• work with boilers, forced-air equipment, duct systems, and gas piping
• communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve problems
• maintain an organized job site and inventoried truck
• complete invoices and timesheets accurately
• train, coach, and mentor junior technicians.
