What you'll do

• Serve as the point of contact for technician escalations
• guide triage and remote diagnostics on high-voltage systems, power electronics, and vehicle electrical architectures
• prioritize cases by safety risk and fleet impact
• validate and manage engineering escalations through resolution
• communicate repair steps and verification criteria
• document cases and maintain troubleshooting knowledge
• analyze recurring failures and lead root-cause analysis
• coach technicians
• improve escalation workflows and diagnostic tools
• ensure guided repairs follow high-voltage and lithium-ion battery safety protocols.
