Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time in Mitchell, SD. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $18.50 - $25.50 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. This role provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for basic health care needs, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring resident comfort and safety.

What you'll do

• Serve as caregiver providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Provide assistance with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining vital signs.
• Assist residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Communicate resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Experience

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
