The Appliance and Refrigeration Technician role is onsite in Burlington, NC. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Prism Specialty Restoration is a national disaster restoration company specializing in commercial and residential electronics restoration. The technician diagnoses, services, and repairs household and commercial appliances while maintaining customer service and technical standards. The role also supports facility equipment, commercial project crews, and accurate service documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform on-site and off-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for appliances including walk-in coolers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and ovens. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and sealed-system issues
• explain repair options and costs
• manage van inventory and job documentation
• assist with facility maintenance and commercial crews
• and follow safety and environmental procedures.
