This role supports the Tower Communications Expert team in building and maintaining critical wireless infrastructure across the country. The role exists to provide leadership and technical oversight to tower technician crews. The Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring project safety, quality, and timeliness, while mentoring team members and managing administrative tasks to ensure successful project completion.
