What you'll do

• Generate lumber and hardware material lists for rough and finish carpentry
• apply knowledge of heavy timber construction, complex roof framing, structural steel integration with wood framing, and lumber optimization
• prepare written RFIs
• communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and field staff
• drive and provide field supervision when necessary.
