Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management

The role builds and scales the revenue cycle management function, leading teams and operational workflows that support collections, patient experience, and business growth. It coordinates across operational, technical, clinical, and external billing partners to improve processes and support new products and contracts.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of 7+ RCM Associates
• oversee RCM business process outsourcing operations and a team of 30+ virtual assistants
• manage daily RCM workflows
• implement workflow improvements
• coordinate with Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and billing vendors
• support new product and contract activations
• lead operational projects
• develop and manage performance metrics.
