What you'll do

• Lead daily Technical Support and RMA/Repair Services operations
• manage staffing, training, coaching, and development
• build processes for intake, triage, escalation, documentation, automation, and handoffs
• monitor service KPIs
• oversee customer escalations and repair, return, and exchange resolution
• analyze service trends and feedback
• manage repair costs, efficiency, and profitability
• partner with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Fulfillment.
