What you'll do

• Conduct patient assessments and intake evaluations
• participate in treatment planning and reviews
• facilitate group counseling and provide individual counseling and crisis intervention
• maintain clinical documentation
• educate patients about program expectations, rights, and recovery goals
• coordinate community referrals
• collect and administer urine or swab drug screens using chain-of-custody procedures
• attend supervision, meetings, and training
• and follow applicable regulations and policies.
