The caregiver assists clients with daily living and personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, medication reminders, companionship, errands, and individualized care plans. The role supports clients’ safety, comfort, and independence while reporting changes in their condition to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands
• follow client care plans
• report changes in client condition.
