Commercial Construction Project Manager

The project manager coordinates estimating, field leadership, general contractors, and other stakeholders to protect project schedules, budgets, and margins. The role oversees project documentation, field progress, cost control, change orders, and closeout activities.

What you'll do

• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and contracts
• identify scope gaps and risks
• coordinate handoffs, procurement, manpower, submittals, and RFIs
• support field production and conduct site visits
• manage budgets, job costs, change orders, pay applications, and collections
• monitor schedules and delays
• maintain project files
• coordinate inspections, punch lists, warranties, closeout documents, and final billing.
