The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Wilmington, DE, with starting pay of $23.50 per hour for Registered Behavior Technicians and $21.25 per hour for Behavior Technicians; final compensation depends on experience, training, and education. What you'll do

  • Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
  • teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • collect and document session data
  • collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
  • participate in meetings and training
  • assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
