What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• verify credentials
• maintain visitor and contractor logs
• issue badges or passes
• direct authorized individuals
• observe entry and exit points, delivery traffic, and restricted areas
• report suspicious activity
• respond to incidents and alarms
• patrol access points, parking areas, perimeter, and designated facility areas
• document observations and reports.
