Server – Assisted Living / Memory Care

Job overview

The Server – Assisted Living / Memory Care role is onsite in Pinellas County, FL. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The position supports residents’ safety and dignity and works with the Wellness Coordinator to help meet resident care goals. The role prepares and serves meals according to menus, nutrition guidelines, and food-safety requirements. It also maintains kitchen cleanliness and records food and equipment temperatures, helping provide meals that accommodate residents’ diets and requests.

What you'll do

• Cook meals according to menus
• meet nutrition guidelines
• cook and hold food at proper temperatures

• monitor dishwasher ppm
• understand food-code requirements
• record food, refrigerator, and freezer temperatures
• accommodate resident requests when possible
• answer phones as needed.
