What you'll do

• Process applications and determine affordable housing program eligibility
• complete move-in, annual, and interim certifications and recertifications
• verify income, assets, household information, and documentation
• calculate rents and tenant payments
• maintain resident files and occupancy documentation
• ensure compliance with applicable housing requirements
• and assist residents with eligibility, rent, and occupancy questions.
