What you'll do

• Associate performs a variety of duties in preparing patient for scans of particular organs to furnish diagnostic information.
• He/she will operate Nuclear Medicine equipment to produce images and measures concentration of radioactive isotopes in specified body areas.
• Practices proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed.
• Associate maintains safe environment for patients, visitors, staff and co-workers.
• Supports and helps achieve the departmental and hospital goals.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent

Experience

1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred

Why this role

Call would require you to live within 30 min response time. Call is shared with current staff rotation and would be after 5PM on weekdays and 24 hrs on weekends.
