Workplace Design Manager

Job overview

The Workplace Design Manager role is hybrid, based in Menlo Park, CA, with three to four days per week in the office. The base salary range is $150,000–$165,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead workplace design projects across sectors
• develop concepts, space plans, test fits, and design standards
• work with clients and stakeholders to identify workplace needs and strategies
• facilitate workshops, interviews, and engagement sessions
• collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, project managers, and consultants
• oversee design deliverables through concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation
• coordinate design with schedules, budgets, and construction milestones
• monitor risks, changes, and scope impacts
• support value engineering
• ensure compliance with regulations, building codes, and client standards
• manage design consultants and vendors
• contribute to business development and proposals
• maintain design guidelines
• mentor junior team members.
