The Product Supply Operations Planner, Liquid role is hybrid in Walnut Creek, CA, with four office days each week and flexible Fridays. The expected starting salary is $120,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports Kinder’s Supply Chain Planning team as the company expands its food products business. The planner coordinates end-to-end supply execution by aligning production and inventory plans with demand, customer service targets, and working-capital goals. Through cross-functional planning, issue escalation, performance tracking, and process improvement, the role helps ensure product availability and reliable customer fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Assess short-term inventory needs and customer order fill rates
• coordinate with contract manufacturers, Quality, and Fulfillment
• facilitate production review meetings
• identify and escalate supply, material, quality, and capacity issues
• collaborate on capacity planning
• support product launches and changes
• coordinate co-manufacturer start-ups and capacity enhancements
• create and review the Master Production Schedule
• track KPIs
• review demand and inventory
• support SAP B1 and planning process improvements
• maintain accurate inventory transactions and team SOPs.
