What you'll do

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices
• process employee expense reimbursements
• verify supporting documentation and approvals
• prepare vendor payment schedules
• reconcile corporate credit card transactions
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• prepare accounting schedules, reconciliations, and reports
• maintain professional services, fixed assets, and prepaid insurance schedules
• investigate discrepancies between QuickBooks and ProClaim
• record inventory transactions and perform monthly physical counts
• maintain accounting records and support administrative and operational projects.
