What you'll do

• Lead, train, coach, and support maintenance technicians

• oversee troubleshooting and repair of processing, packaging, electrical, mechanical, and facility systems
• maintain maintenance records and spare-parts inventory
• enforce safety and food-safety procedures
• coordinate downtime, vendors, and cross-shift support
• report equipment performance and maintenance concerns.
