What you'll do

• Greet customers
• learn and sell furniture, mattresses, appliances, and related products
• understand customer needs, budgets, and priorities
• prepare accurate quotes and sales orders
• follow up on quotes and special orders
• maintain product and promotion knowledge
• explain protection plans, delivery, installation, financing, and services
• verify order and payment details
• maintain the sales floor
• coordinate with internal teams
• and address customer concerns.
