The Lead Registered Nurse role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with compensation of $41–$43 per hour. Restore Hyper Wellness delivers science-backed wellness therapies through its studios and this role leads the studio’s medical operations. The role combines direct nursing care with clinical leadership to support safe, effective services and consistent studio operations. The Lead Registered Nurse administers IV drips, injections, and other medical services, provides client guidance, trains and mentors staff, maintains compliance, and works with the General Manager on performance and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Deliver nursing care and client guidance
• administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services
• provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals
• train and support registered nurses
• educate front desk staff on medical services
• ensure medical, safety, and regulatory compliance
• support medical department revenue and studio goals
• monitor medical KPIs
• collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team
• manage medical staffing and scheduling.

Why this role

Requires an active, unencumbered RN license, current BLS certification, at least two years of acute-care experience, and at least one year administering IVs or injections. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
