What you'll do

• Follow resident service plans and assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, transfers, and meals
• ensure residents receive medication on time
• respond to resident requests and alarms
• monitor and report changes in condition
• record care and vital signs
• complete incident reports
• follow safety and infection-control practices
• assist with housekeeping and kitchen duties as assigned.
