Part-Time Facilities Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance
• complete light construction, renovation, and remodeling
• troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical issues
• coordinate facility improvement projects and outside contractors
• assist with healthcare facility regulatory, safety, and accreditation compliance
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• inspect facilities and recommend corrective actions
• maintain work orders, records, and supply inventory
• assist with seasonal and exterior maintenance
• support department projects.
