The role also develops team members, supports sales goals, and assumes managerial duties when the Store Manager is absent.

• assume managerial duties in the manager's absence, including scheduling, opening and closing, inventory, visual standards, safety, and facilities maintenance

• support back-of-house processes and continuous improvement.
