The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Fife, WA, supporting Pointe East and The Landing, which together have 166 units. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and compensation is $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience. 11 Residential manages multifamily properties and aims to provide quality living environments that enrich residents’ lives. The assistant supports daily community operations, resident service, leasing, financial processes, and maintenance coordination. By resolving concerns, maintaining compliance, and stepping in as acting property manager when needed, the role helps keep the properties operating smoothly and residents supported.

What you'll do

• Resolve resident and prospective resident concerns
• oversee rent and fee collection and delinquency follow-up
• support financial reporting and expense tracking
• prepare resident communications
• serve as acting Property Manager in their absence
• maintain Fair Housing compliance
• manage leasing from inquiry through move-in
• support marketing and listing accuracy
• conduct property walks and unit inspections
• coordinate work orders with maintenance.
