Sales and Leadership Trainee

Job overview

The Sales and Leadership Trainee role is onsite in Beaumont, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. The paid rotational program is with a distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and industrial supplies and prepares trainees for sales, operations, or branch management. The trainee rotates through business functions to learn how the operation works, with mentoring from experienced managers. The role builds practical knowledge across warehouse operations, customer-facing sales, pricing, and vendor relationships to support future responsibility in the business.

What you'll do

• Learn warehouse operations, shipping, and deliveries
• learn counter sales and work with contractors
• learn outside sales, pricing, quoting, and vendor relationships
• participate in a multi-year rotational training program with manager mentoring.
