What you'll do

• Prepare juices, syrups, cordials, shrubs, purees, infusions, tinctures, garnishes, and batched cocktails
• scale recipes and document yields
• label batches
• maintain product quality and stock rotation
• follow sanitation, safety, and food-handling standards
• set pars and restock stations
• assist with receiving and inventory
• operate and clean bar-prep equipment
• support bartenders and barbacks during service.
