What you'll do

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
• respond promptly and accurately to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
• use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• communicate effectively to meet customer needs and promote business development.
