What you'll do

• Lead global Segment and Distribution Operations teams
• manage business planning, forecasting, supply prioritization, and issue management
• establish operating models, governance, metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
• partner across Sales, Product, Pricing, Planning, Supply, and Finance
• oversee distributor performance, QBRs, POS insights, MDF, pricing and supply indicators, and SCA governance
• expand analytics, AI, and automation
• develop a distributed team.
