The surveyor supports field and office operations by managing and executing survey projects. The work includes field surveys and mapping, technical drawings and records, deed and boundary analysis, legal descriptions, and coordination with clients, consultants, and agencies while maintaining quality and project timelines.

What you'll do

• Perform boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, and drone mapping
• operate GNSS and total station equipment
• prepare drawings and reports in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• draft survey and parcel records, ALTA surveys, and topographic maps
• conduct deed and boundary analysis and prepare legal descriptions
• coordinate with clients, consultants, and agency staff
• maintain quality control and project timelines.
