What you'll do

• Set up and replenish buffet items and food and beverage stations
• maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
• greet guests and respond to menu questions and dietary requests when possible
• monitor food freshness and remove items that do not meet standards
• track supplies and report shortages to management.
