What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and dietary guidelines
• accommodate dietary restrictions, preferences, and special requests
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• assist with menu planning and food-preparation schedules
• monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• coordinate meal service with the dietary team
• maintain required food-preparation, temperature, and waste records.
