The Regional Director — West role is remote, with candidates required to be based in Southern California or the Greater Seattle area; San Diego County is strongly preferred. What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for regional campuses
• uphold educational standards and monitor program quality
• establish performance standards and growth objectives
• analyze performance data and report KPIs
• conduct monthly financial reviews and support sound campus decisions
• hire, develop, and manage campus leadership teams
• lead staffing and compensation projects
• support new campus launches and market research
• communicate regional feedback to headquarters
• resolve escalated campus issues.
