What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and direct nursing services for an assigned unit
• coordinate resident care and nursing assignments
• support nurses and certified nursing assistants
• oversee assessments, care plans, medications, and treatments
• monitor changes in residents’ conditions
• review documentation
• participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
• address resident and family concerns
• maintain staffing and supplies
• and work with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team on quality and compliance.
