What you'll do

• Contribute to the roadmap for internal developer platforms, including CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, and automation tools
• manage the product backlog and define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• track adoption, satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity metrics
• communicate priorities and progress
• gather engineering feedback
• partner with SRE, DevOps, Solutions Architecture, brand product, platform engineering, cloud, and security teams
• support self-service and automation initiatives.
