The role exists to support up to four adults with disabilities and special needs in pursuing independence, community engagement, and quality of life. Person-centered coaching, training, and direct care help residents participate in daily routines and activities.

What you'll do

• Implement training programs
• encourage independence and community engagement
• provide direct care with self-help skills and personal hygiene
• support individualized care needs, meal preparation, behavioral plans, and planned activities
• document objectives and progress in Therap
• complete required orientation and training
• learn to drive Burton Center vehicles and operate wheelchair lifts safely.
